Robert Montes, CPFA®
Beginning in 2006, Robert spent six years at one of the nation’s largest investment firms. Feeling called to serve his nation, Robert took a pause from the advising world to go and serve as an infantryman with the US Army Ranger Regiment, 2nd Ranger Battalion with whom he deployed to Afghanistan in the Global War on Terror. Upon fulfilling his military commitment, he returned to financial advising with renewed purpose, channeling his commitment to self-development, continuous learning, and excellence into delivering exceptional results for his clients.
As an industry-leading expert in employer-sponsored retirement plans—particularly 401(k)s—Robert passionately guides organizations in optimizing these plans to enhance employee security and organizational success. At his core, he sees himself as a steward of entrusted assets and an educator, firmly believing that “once people have all the facts, then they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families.” Beyond his professional life, Robert cherishes family time with his wife, Katie, and their children, Addisson and Lincoln, and pursues his passions for Jiu Jitsu and teaching shooting skills in his free time.
Greg Jackson, RMA®, AIF®, CPFA®
Born and raised in South Los Angeles, Greg’s upbringing instilled in him a profound sense of community and a desire to serve others. His career began as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for nine years, where he provided critical care and honed his ability to remain calm under pressure.
He then transitioned to law enforcement as a custody officer with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, responsible for supervision and maintaining safety in the jail facility. With certifications including Series 6, 63, 26, and 65, plus prestigious designations like Retirement Management Advisor® (RMA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA®), Greg specializes in retirement planning, investment oversight, and fiduciary responsibility.
Throughout his career, Greg has assisted countless clients in navigating financial planning, investment management, and retirement strategies with a truly personalized approach. He dedicates time to understanding unique goals, needs, and risk tolerance, crafting tailored strategies that simplify concepts and empower informed decisions. Recognized for his unwavering commitment to acting in clients’ best interests with transparent, ethical advice, Greg is the ideal partner for securing long-term financial goals. Beyond work, he is a dedicated family man, proudly married for over 30 years, with three sons and seven grandchildren, and enjoys quality time with them.
Josie Allred, RR
Raised in Montana, Josie has spent her entire life immersed in the state’s close-knit communities, particularly the Bitterroot Valley and Missoula, where her deep roots drive her passion for serving local families with integrity and transparency.
She spent two years studying at the University of Montana, building a strong foundation before spending four years as an independent contractor in healthcare, where she developed skills in personalized service and clear communication. Josie then pursued a year of intensive financial training, shadowing and interning under Robert Montes, CPFA®.
Her education-based approach ensures clients make confident decisions by understanding complex financial concepts.
Outside of work, Josie enjoys hiking, fishing, and exploring Montana’s outdoors, reflecting her dedication to community and balance.
