Beginning in 2006, Robert spent six years at one of the nation’s largest investment firms. Feeling called to serve his nation, Robert took a pause from the advising world to go and serve as an infantryman with the US Army Ranger Regiment, 2nd Ranger Battalion with whom he deployed to Afghanistan in the Global War on Terror. Upon fulfilling his military commitment, he returned to financial advising with renewed purpose, channeling his commitment to self-development, continuous learning, and excellence into delivering exceptional results for his clients.

As an industry-leading expert in employer-sponsored retirement plans—particularly 401(k)s—Robert passionately guides organizations in optimizing these plans to enhance employee security and organizational success. At his core, he sees himself as a steward of entrusted assets and an educator, firmly believing that “once people have all the facts, then they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families.” Beyond his professional life, Robert cherishes family time with his wife, Katie, and their children, Addisson and Lincoln, and pursues his passions for Jiu Jitsu and teaching shooting skills in his free time.
