Josie Allred, RR

Raised in Montana, Josie has spent her entire life immersed in the state’s close-knit communities, particularly the Bitterroot Valley and Missoula, where her deep roots drive her passion for serving local families with integrity and transparency.

She spent two years studying at the University of Montana, building a strong foundation before spending four years as an independent contractor in healthcare, where she developed skills in personalized service and clear communication. Josie then pursued a year of intensive financial training, shadowing and interning under Robert Montes, CPFA®.

Her education-based approach ensures clients make confident decisions by understanding complex financial concepts.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys hiking, fishing, and exploring Montana’s outdoors, reflecting her dedication to community and balance.
